A plan outlining Monterey County‘s growth and development over the next 20 years could be completed on Tuesday. The Monterey County Board of Supervisors expect to complete a draft plan at their meeting Tuesday night, which would outline issues such as water supply and construction of new homes and businesses. Any agreement reached on the general plan won’t take effect until the final complete plan is approved.
