GREENFIELD TEEN BACK IN COURT - 09/08/10 17:17 S.S.

A  monterey  county  judge  is  expected  to  decide  in  early  november,   if  a  Greenfield  teen  should  be  tried  as  a  juvenile  or  an  adult.    The  teen  is  accused  of  a  December  5^th shooting  of  2  women  who  were  in  a  Greenfield motel  room.    30  year-old  Veronica  Gallegos was  pronounced  dead  at  the  scene,   while  Yvonne  Martinez was  taken off  life  support  about  a  week  later.    The  teen  is  scheduled  to  attend  a  readiness  hearing October  25^th,  and  his  “fitness”  hearing November  8^th.
