A Salinas couple accused of selling their child for $25, is scheduled to appear in court today. 38-year old Patrick Fousek and girlfriend, 20-year old Samantha Tomasini have pleaded not guilty to child endangerment charges after trying to sell their 6-month old child outside of a Salinas Walmart store in June. The couple was also booked on charges of being under the influence of narcotics.
