Morning HWY-17 Accident 08/20/10 5:20pm TDH

An accident on highway-17 this morning stalled southbound traffic for more than an hour, when a big-rig and at least one other vehicle crashed near scotts valley. No injuries were reported in the just-after-7a.m.-incident., and the roadway had been cleared.
