B.L. chase, arrest 08/18/10 3:50p.m. TDH

A 17-year-old boy was arrested yesterday(Tues) in Ben Lomond, after allegedly leading authorities on a high-speed chase. Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a disturbance call, when the teen took off on his motorcycle. Deputies called off the pursuit due to safety concerns, but took the suspect into custody later, at his house. The teen was booked into juvenile hall on suspicion of evading police and wanton disregard for public safety.
