MCO HEALTH SERVICES DIRECTOR NAMED 08-05-10 20:00 a.v.
Monterey County officials announced today that a new director of health services has been named. Ray Bullick, who held the same title in Tulare County since 2005, is slated to start his new position in Monterey County on August 30th. He succeeds Len Foster, who retired this past April. Bullick began his career as a public health nurse in 1975. He holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Minnesota, and a master’s degree in health science administration from California State University, Fresno.
