A new pilot cell phone interpretation program is being unveiled by State Parks in the Monterey area. The cell phone tour stops will be located throughout historical downtown Monterey, and each stop will feature a small poster at each historic building explaining how the program works and the cell phone number to call to hear a short, 2 minute interpretive message about each stop. Cell phone stops include the Custom House, Pacific House Museum, Old Whaling Station, Larkin House, Cooper-Molera Adobe and more.
