One man and 3 juveniles were arrested over the weekend in Salinas after several shots were fired during a party. Neighbors reported that someone walked out of a garage while a party was taking place on the 1800 block of Cherokee Drive around 11 p.m., and fired 4 shots into the air, and then went back to the party. Officers arrived to find several juveniles inside the home along with 21-year old Rigoberto Zavala, whom they arrested on probation violations along with resisting arrest. No gun or evidence of a shooting at the scene was discovered.
