LIVE OAK TEEN SENTENCED TO 58 YEARS 06-24-10 18:50 a.v.

A Live Oak teen was sentenced today to serve 58-years in jail after fatally shooting a man with rival gangs ties over 2 years ago.   18-year old Oscar Javier Jaquez entered a plea bargain with prosecutors pleading guilty to voluntary manslaughter, gun and gang charges in exchange for the sentence.  Jaquez, who is said to be eligible for parole in about 47 years, was 16 when he killed Servando Silonsochilt Junior on January 29th 2008.
