The newest charter school in the Pajaro Valley Unified School District has been given more space. Under state law the district must provide ample space for all charter schools. Watsonville Prep is run by Navigator Schools. The school will start with 180 students in Kindergarten through 2nd grade….and they hope to add a grade each year through 8th grade. Officials with Navigator Schools are hoping to open Watsonville Prep for the beginning of the 2020-2021 school year.
