The Santa Cruz Water Department is preparing to replace a pipeline at the Loch Lomond Reservoir. Although the 1960’s era dam is in good condition a pipe and valves at the bottom of the structure need s to be replaced the Newell Creek Pipe project is scheduled to start in 2020, and is expected to cost 40 million dollars and take two years to complete.
