A baby Gray Whale has been spotted in the Monterey Bay, swimming alongside his mother . The 15-foot newborn was young enough that he had to stick his whole head out of the water to breathe. The Gray Whales are headed south to Baja, where they generally give birth to their young in the warm waters there.
The only predators that Gray Whales have are Killer Whales.
