A new affordable housing development is being worked on in Salinas. 14 deteriorating public housing units (and an office building), are being replaced with 50 multi-family, energy efficient, affordable housing units. A number of the modular units have been transported to Salinas, and the first of them are being set in place by cranes. This is the final phase of the Haciendas Housing Development.
