A trial date has been re-scheduled, for a man accused of killing a woman in 2010. 42-year-old Richard chavez is accused of assaulting 37-year-old Deanna Dudley during an argument at their felton residence. She was found unconscious by a housemate, and later died. Chavez is scheduled to stand trial on the murder charge on February 21st.
