New interpretive signs have been added to an area designated as a boat launch dock in North Monterey County in an effort to describe the various habitat life in the Elkhorn Slough. The new signs are also designed to reflect on-going restoration work in the slough, which includes the construction of a new dock at Kirby Park and improvements of the parking area to be completed later this spring.
