Plans to replace a former marijuana dispensary with a new one, were approved this week by the Santa Cruz Planning Commission. Canna-Cruz-Collective will begin operating at the former site of Santa Cruz Patients Collective on 115 Limekiln Street after it closed last May. Canna-Cruz was approved for a special use permit yesterday. There currently are two dispensaries allowed in the city, the other is located on Dubois Street.
