(07:25) Salinas – The City of Salinas launched a new mobile app this week called, the SalinasConnect. The app was created in an effort to help the community report various issues such as: potholes, abandoned vehicles, tree trimming and graffiti. The app works by typing in the problem, or taking a picture, and then the information is sent to the correct department.
