Saint John’s Helpful Shop has found a new home in Aptos. The 65 year-old thrift store, that’s affiliated with the Episcopal Church Of John The Baptist, was located in Capitola Village for all those years….but was given a 30-day notice over the summer. The thrift store, which supports numerous non-profit organizations with its sales, is now located at 246 center street (where the 20-year-old Word Shop book store used to be), and is just around the corner from the Episcopal Church in Aptos.
