The Hospice of Santa Cruz has a new director. After eight years heading the organization, CEO Michael Milward will retire at the end of the month.
The hospice’s Board of Directors has named Cathy Conway as Milward’s replacement. She will start on June 1st. Conway has been the organization’s chief mission officer since 2016 and has worked for Hospice of Santa Cruz County since 2004.
