Permits have been granted for several projects in Salinas. The old Rabobank building is now on-track to be turned into 49 housing units, with retail space below….the C.V.S. on East Alisal Street is slated to be remodeled. Along with those, a Planet Fitness exercise facility and a Chick-Fil-A restaurant are expected to come to Salinas.
