One of the newest California Condor chicks to hatch in the wild can be seen on a new condor cam. Pasquale, which means Easter in French, can be seen by going on-line to: www.ventanaws.org/condor_cam/ Pasquale is the offspring of Kingpin (#167) and Redwood Queen (#190)….and is being raised in the same cavity the pair used 3 years ago. Pasquale, who is the couple’s 8th chick, brings the wild population to 91 condors. The population globally is around 300.
