New Beer Supports Paradise Recovery 12-3-2018 04:52 DC

A new beer at Monterey’s Alvarado Street Brewery offers an opportunity to support Butte County victims of the Camp Fire over the holidays.

The “Resilience” IPA beer is being brewed in Monterey and across the country to help those who lost everything in the Camp Fire. The idea was developed by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., which is supplying ingredients to brewpubs around the country.

The beer takes two weeks to make and will be available beginning Wednesday for $7-a-pint. Brewers promise every cent goes to fire victims.
