New bathrooms are being installed at Big Sur’s Garrapata State Park. The lack of restrooms along the stretch of Highway 1 have led to complaints from both drivers who need to go and landowners who find human waste on their property.
The two restrooms will be the first facilities at Garrapata State Park. There will be one restroom on each side of the highway.
