In business news… the world’s largest food company, Nestle, is thinking of selling most of its bottled water operations in the U.S.
The food giant has come under fire from environmental groups because they say nestle drains natural water supplies and then profits… while also contributing to plastic waste.
Yesterday, Nestle’s chief executive said nestle will try and make all food packaging recyclable, while also replenishing all water it draws from watersheds and also taking precautions to offset carbon dioxide produced by bottled water production and transport.
