U.C. President Janet Napolitano has announced that she will step down in august of next year. The former Homeland Security Secretary and Democratic Governor Of Arizona oversaw historic expansions of the 10-campus system and championed immigrant students.
The 61 year-old says she plans to take a year sabbatical before beginning to teach again in the fall of 2021….at the University Of California At Berkeley’s Goldman School Of Public Policy, where she is currently a tenured professor.
