The name of an 80 year-old woman, who died Monday, has been released. Santa Cruz resident Roxana Perkins was declared dead after her vehicle hit 4 parked vehicles, a garbage can, and a mailbox on 30th avenue. The cause of the just-before-2 p-m Monday accident (between Portola Drive and Brommer Street) is still being investigated.
