The movie “The Interview” is set to open Christmas Day in Santa Cruz. The comedy has had its release put on hold across the country, because of threats of theatre violence. The threats and the recent hacking of Sony Picture Studios’s computer system has been blamed on North Korea, because the film depicts the county’s leader in an unflattering manner. The interview opens tomorrow at the Del Mar Theater.
