The trial for the men accused of the 2009 murder of Richard Campos has been delayed as the result of a public defender developing pneumonia. Nancy de la Pena is the defender for 20-year-old Jose Luis Meza, the youngest of the 3 men on trial. 25-year-old Angel Antonion Moreno Torres and 33-year-old Joel Sanchez are also accused to shooting Campos as he sat in his parked car on Roache Road more than 3 years ago. On Monday, the presiding judge suspended the trial until Wednesday, or maybe next week, pending the health improvement of de la Pena.
