A murder suspect, with ties to Salinas, is being sought. That after allegedly being involved in the murder of Paul Abraca 2 years ago in Abraca’s home in the town of New London, in Tulare County. Anyone with information on this murder, or the 2 murderers, is encourage to contact the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office.
