he sentencing of a santa cruz man convicted in august of killing a los angeles man has been delayed. the attorney for 41 year old kenneth clamp plans to submit a motion for a retrial. if the motion is denied, clamp faces 35 years to life in prison for the murder of 29 year old elias sorokin in july of 2009. sorokin was killed during a marijuana deal at a home in santa cruz, his body has not yet been found.
