1 of the 2-people accused of a murder in 2008, has been found guilty. (The 2nd suspect fled to Mexico, and is still wanted.) Francisco Agaton-Hernandez was found guilty of murdering roshni singh, in september of 2008, in order to help the other suspect collect a life-insurance claim. Agaton-hernandez is expected to be sentenced to 15 years-to-life in prison, when he returns to court on august-26th. The verdict is expected to be the last made from the bench, by retiring monterey county judge terrance duncan.
