A Monterey bar and restaurant is set to re-open today, under new ownership. The mucky duck, (on the 4-hundred block of Alvarado street), had closed in may, after having its liquor license revoked. The new owner has reportedly given the establishment a new atmosphere, and added a new menu for dining.
