A series of Town Hall Meetings are being held this week in Watsonville. The are about whether to bring back a half-cent sales tax. The money from the tax would be used for :
- After school and summer youth programs
- Maintaining response times for First Responders.
- And continuing police patrols in
Tonight’s town hall meeting is scheduled to take place from 6-7 p.m. at Rolling Hills Middle School, while tomorrow night’s meeting is scheduled to be held at E.A. Hall Middle School from 6-7 p.m.
