A REPORT OF AN ARMED ROBBERY, LED TO A CAMPUS LOCKDOWN AT MONTEREY PENINSULA COLLEGEON FRIDAY. INITIALLY THE CAMPUS WAS LOCKED DOWN AT 11:30 A-M FOR SAFETY REASONS AFTER A REPORT OF AN ARMED ROBBERY IN THE VICINITY, FOLLOWED BY SEVERAL ALLE
GED SIGHTINGS OF AN ARMED MAN ON CAMPUS. A POLICE SEARCH OF THE CAMPUS AND SURROUNDING AREA TURNED UP EMPTY AND THE SCHOOL WAS TAKEN OFF OF LOCK DOWN, HOWEVER CLASSES WERE CANCELED FOR THE REST OF THE DAY.
