A burglary suspect has been arrested in connection with a September 2nd break in at Monterey Peninsula College Monterey .During the subsequent investigation, officers located video surveillance footage of the suspect during the burglary. On September 3rd, Monterey Police arrested 36 year old Michael Dodd, Dodd was positively identified as the same subject seen on video during the burglary. Dodd was also in possession of camera equipment believed to be stolen. Dodd was subsequently arrested and booked into the Monterey County Jail.
