A motorcyclist, who was involved in a hit-and-run accident over the weekend, is still being sought. A 9 year-old boy, who was hit by the motorcyclist while the lad was walking with his mother in a cross-walk at Mission Street and Van Ness Avenue Sunday afternoon, is in a bay area trauma center. The motorcyclist left the scene of the accident at high speed, and anyone with information about the motorcyclist is encouraged to contact the Santa Cruz Police Department.
