A 26-year-old man is set to appear in court this week, to answer to outstanding forgery charges. Watsonville resident ariel cruz Ramirez had been listed on the santa cruz county most wanted list in January. He was taken into custody, and booked into santa cruz county jail last week. Ramirez is scheduled to return to a santa cruz county courtroom wednesday.
