A woman in Moss Landing was shot with a .22 caliber rifle this week. Camille Thompson was leaving a friend’s home on the 19-hundred block of Salinas Road Wednesday, when Yvonne Davis allegedly grabbed her rifle from inside the residence and fired off a round. A bullet reportedly went through a wall and struck Thompson in the buttocks. Davis, who said the shooting was an accident, as of today, has not been arrested. Meanwhile, Davis’s 2 small children were inside the home at the time of the shooting.
