A 55 year-old Moss Landing man has been arrested in connection with a January incident that took place in Watsonville. Luis Monroy Perez is believed to have been involved with the January 10th incident in which a man was attacked with a baseball bat, and then shot at on East 5th Street. Perez was booked into Santa Cruz county jail.
