Monterey county sheriff’s deputies arrested 3-registered gang members yesterday. The 3 castroville residents were taken into custody at the moss landing cemetery, because their probation terms prohibit them from associating with each other. They were part of a group of people that was visiting a friend’s grave. 19-year-old rigoberto torres and 20-year-old Vincent castro-jacquez were booked into monterey county jail on multiple charges. a 15-year-old- boy was also taken into custody for probation violation. He was later released to the custody of his mother.
