A MORGAN HILL RESIDENT WHO WAS ARRESTED AFTER ALLEGEDLY KIDNAPPING HIS GIRLFRIEND IN JANUARY WILL BE IN COURT NEXT MONTH. 21-YEAR-OLD CHRISTOPHER FRANCO WAS ARRESTED AFTER POLICE RECEIVED A CALL THAT FRANCO HAD ENTERED THE M AND H TAVERN, GRABBED THE WOMAN BY HER NECK, AND DRAGGED HER OUTSIDE, WHERE HE PUNCHED HER IN THE FACE BEFORE PULLING HER INTO A CAR. POLICE WERE ABLE TO LOCATE BOTH FRANCO AND THE VICTIM AT A MORGAN HILL RESIDENCE, USING THE VICTIM’S I.D. CARD. FRANCO IS A CONFIRMED NORTENO GANG MEMBER, AND HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ARRESTED ON UNRELATED CHARGES. FRANCO IS SCHEDULED TO APPEAR IN A SANTA CLARA COUNTY COURTROOM TO NEGOTIATE A SETTLEMENT ON MAY 17TH.
