A suspected child molester in Santa Cruz is thought to have more victims. 53 year-old Gerardo Garcia Gandara was arraigned in Santa Cruz today on multiple counts of lewd acts (and worse) with minors. The abuses in this case are said to have occurred in Gandara’s Chestnut Street home between 1978 and 2007….and his known victims ranged in age from 3 to 11 years-old. Concerned parents, and other potential victims, are encouraged to contact the Santa Cruz Police Department.
