YOUTH IN MONTEREY COUNTY WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO FLY FREE IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS, COURTESY OF THE MONTEREY BAY CHAPTER OF THE EXPERIMENTAL AIRCRAFT ASSOCIATION. THE ‘YOUNG EAGLE FLIGHTS’ PROGRAM IS SET TO TAKE PLACE OCTOBER 12TH AT THE SALINAS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, LOCATED IN SALINAS AT 30 MORTENSEN AVENUE. YOUTH WANTING TO PARTICIPATE MUST BE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 8 TO 17-YEARS-OF-AGE. REGISTRATION TAKES PLACE THE DAY OF THE EVENT FROM 10:30-AM TO NOON.
