Monterey police arrested a suspected prowler last week. Shortly after 9 a-m on August 31st, officers responded to the 300 block of Tyler Street for a theft investigation. During the investigation, officers located video footage of the the theft. On September 2nd Monterey police apprehended 55 year old Joseph Bollom, 55 of Los Angeles. Bollum was booked into the Monterey County Jail on theft and prowling charges.
