The operators of a Monterey medical marijuana dispensary are back in court this week after a raid on the clinic was conducted last week. Today’s court appearance follows a search warrant that was served Friday to My Caregiver Cooperative Incorporated when officers found cash and containers and bags of marijuana. Friday’s civil inspection warrant followed a court ordered permanent injunction issued in October prohibiting the cooperative from dispensing marijuana to it’s members.
