A Monterey County Middle school employee was arrested on charges of inappropriate sexual gestures but was later released. A female student at Colton Middle School reported the behavior made by a 27-year old campus monitor working at the school. School officials recommended the worker be charged with a criminal offense. Investigations revealed the man did not make any physical contact against the student. He was booked into Monterey County jail and was released on a citation.
