A 56 year-old Monterey man has been arrested in connection with several Saturday burglaries. He was arrested while driving a tractor on Municipal Wharf number 2, while he was under the influence of narcotics. Joseph Bollom, who was already on parole for burglary and attempted escape, was found to be in possession of a variety of items taken during burglaries on March 2nd. Additionally, Bollom was reportedly living in a Robinson Street home illegally.
