A Monterey man accused of harassing a teenager has posted bail. 22-year-old William Reynolds allegedly drove up alongside and harassed the 17-year-old victim on two occasions. Reynolds was arrested Monday for stalking, child endangerment, and annoying or molesting a child.  He has been released from jail after posting $250,000 bail.
