A man was arrested last week after failing to yield for a traffic enforcement stop in Monterey.
The driver, Benjamin Gogarty was found with a suspended driver’s license along with a bag of methamphetamine and narcotics smoking paraphernalia.
Additionally, a disassembled Polymer 80 handgun was found with no serial number.
