The Presidio of Monterey has a new childcare provider following the announcement that “kindercare” will be closing its doors next month.
The task to finding a new childcare provider fell to the city of Monterey and yesterday the city manager announced “continuing development incorporated” is the new child care provider.
The new provider is a Morgan Hill company and agreed to stay in Monterey until 20-24. They’ll also provide infant care, which is a service Monterey families say is desperately needed.
